A followup to our immensely popular "Opportunity to Satisfy your Curiosity" Mars exploration print featuring Pluto.
What we know of Pluto's surface is based on supposition from data gleaned from NASA's "New Horizons" deep space probe. We know that Pluto's mountains are capped with methane ice and that the famous heart is largely made of nitrogen ice. Much of the red surface of Pluto is covered in tholins and that those same tholins are thought to transfer to Pluto's moon, Charon.
These 12"x36" prints are from a hand numbered limited edition of 40 pieces, giclée printed on archival, acid/lignin free watercolor paper. The colors are vibrant and the printing is crisp.
I'll be offering these in small batches until they're gone, so if you want one, get it while it's here.
